Strategi Pengembangan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Berbasis Analisis SWOT di Desa Tengah-Tengah Kabupaten Maluku Tengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan potensi dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di Desa Tengah-Tengah serta merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDMnya. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT, penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi komprehensif terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengembangan SDM, termasuk tingkat pendidikan, partisipasi sekolah, keterampilan, dan migrasi. Metodologi penelitian melibatkan observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan lokal, dan analisis data sekunder untuk memahami konteks sosial, ekonomi, dan pendidikan desa. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik, penelitian ini memadukan teori-teori terkait pengembangan SDM dengan kondisi faktual di lapangan untuk merumuskan strategi yang terukur dan relevan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa keterbatasan akses pendidikan, tingkat pendidikan, lapangan kerja dan migrasi masal menjadi tantangan utama dalam pengembangan SDM di Desa Tengah-Tengah. Namun, terdapat potensi besar dalam sumber daya alam, penduduk yang potensial, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi yang diusulkan meliputi meningkatkan akses pendidikan, pelatihan keterampilan lokal, pemberdayaan perempuan, program beasiswa dan manajemen migrasi yang bijak. Dengan mengimplementasikan strategi-strategi ini, diharapkan Desa Tengah-Tengah dapat mencapai perkembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup penduduknya.
