Abstrak

Pembelajaran orang dewasa memerlukan pendekatan yang mampu mengaitkan pengetahuan dengan pengalaman nyata. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan adalah experiental learning, yang menempatkan pengalaman sebagai dasar pembentukan pengetahuan melalui refleksi dan penerapan. Meskipun kajian  ini terus berkembang, penelitian yang ada masih tersebar sehingga belum memberikan gambaran  yang  utuh mengenai pola dan arah pengembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan perkembangan riset experiental learning dalam konteks pembelajaran orang dewasa melalui systematic literature review (SLR) yang diperkuat dengan analisis bibliometrik. Data bersumber dari Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar, mencakup artikel jurnal sepuluh tahun terakhir dan diseleksi menggunakan protokol PRISMA dari 199 artikel yang terindetifikasi, mengasilkan 84 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis bibliometrik meliputi co-occurrence, citation, co-citation, dan co-authorship untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan tema dan perkembangan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat klaster utama, yaitu konsep pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pemecahan masalah, transformasi pembelajaran digital pascapandemi COVID-19, serta aspek metodologis penelitian. Visualisasi overlay menunjukkan pergeseran fokus penelitian dari pendekatan konseptual menuju integrasi teknologi digital seperti e-learning, simulasi, dan pembelajaran daring. Selain itu, publikasi masih didominasi oleh Amerika Serikat, Inggris, dan Australia. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar empiris bagi pengembangan riset dan praktik pembelajaran orang dewasa berbasis pengalaman di era digital.
