Implementasi sistem informasi kesehatan (SIK) di Puskesmas menghadapi berbagai tantangan sosial dan teknis yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut serta strategi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi implementasi SIK di fasilitas kesehatan primer. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis artikel-artikel terkini yang relevan dengan topik ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama yang dihadapi mencakup rendahnya kepercayaan pengguna terhadap teknologi, keterbatasan keterampilan digital tenaga kesehatan, dan infrastruktur yang tidak memadai. Strategi yang diusulkan untuk mengatasi tantangan ini meliputi pelatihan SDM, penerapan teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI), serta peningkatan transparansi pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa tantangan sosial dan teknis saling terkait dan harus diatasi secara bersamaan untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan implementasi SIK. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model implementasi teknologi informasi kesehatan di fasilitas kesehatan primer untuk mendukung implementasi SIK yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi implementasi SIK yang lebih holistik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas.
