Eksplorasi Tantangan Psikologis Menggunakan LEQ (Learning Experience Questionnaire) pada Pengalaman Belajar Mahasiswa Kedokteran Jenjang Klinik Universitas Cenderawasih, Jayapura, Papua

Pendidikan kedokteran jenjang klinik merupakan periode penuh stres, tekanan akademik, psikologis sehingga memiliki potensi menghambat prestasi akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk eksplorasi pengalaman mahasiswa selama menunggu ujian Nasional sebagai ujian final untuk memperoleh gelar dokter. Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian sebanyak 106 orang turut mengisi LEQ (Learning Experience Questionare) memuat 22 item dengan Tiga Domain yang terdiri afektif,kognitif dan interaksi sosial. Kuesioner telah divalidasi dan diadaptasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan validitas 0,557–0,878; α=0,957 dikumpulkan dengan google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 67 mahasiswa (63.2%) telah ikut Ujian Nasional lebih dari lima kali, mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman belajar baiksebanyak 66 % dan sisanya 34 % dengan pengalaman kurang baik. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan nilai p value 0.056 yang memberi indikasi tidak terdapat hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pengalaman belajar yang kurang baik semakin buruk dengan tekanan psikologis sehingga jumlah mahasiswa yang mengulang lebih lima kali dalam ujian Nasional semakin banyak. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas mahasiswa kedokteran memiliki pengalaman belajar positif atau baik, namun demikian jumlah mahasiswa retaker yang lenih banyak daripada firsttaker mengindikasikan mereka mengalami berbagai tantangan psikologi selama di tingkat klinik. Temuan penelitian dapat meningkatkan reformulasi anatomi kurikulum pendidikan jenjang klinik dan bahan evaluasi untuk intervensi psikososial yang pebih baik dalam rangka mendukung kinerja akademik tepat waktu.
