Abstrak

Kemajuan di bidang teknologi digital telah memotivasi sejumlah lembaga pendidikan tinggi, tidak terkecuali Universitas Safin Pati, untuk menerapkan platform pembelajaran elektronik dalam upaya memperbaiki mutu Pendidikan. Belum ada penelitian yang secara spesifik menambahkan variabel budaya kampus pada pengukuran e-learning , sehingga penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengetahuan tentang e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kesuksesan implementasi e-learning di Universitas Safin Pati menggunakan model DeLone & McLean melalui pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini berhasil menunjukkan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning pada Universitas Safin Pati menggunakan Model DeLone & McLean. Penambahan variabel Budaya Kampus merupakan kontribusi utama penelitian ini, dan hasilnya memberikan pembahasan yang sangat menarik. Budaya Kampus sebagai Fondasi Teknis (H8-H10 Diterima) dimana temuan bahwa Budaya Kampus berpengaruh signifikan dan kuat terhadap Kualitas Sistem (β=0.450), Kualitas Informasi (β=0.380), dan Kualitas Layanan (β=0.320) adalah argumen sentral penelitian ini. Hal ini membuktikan secara empiris bahwa faktor non-teknis (soft infrastructure) merupakan prasyarat untuk terwujudnya faktor teknis (hard infrastructure) yang baik. Sebuah universitas dengan budaya kepemimpinan yang visioner, kebijakan yang mendukung, dan infrastruktur pendukung (seperti WiFi) yang memadai, akan lebih mampu menyediakan platform e-learning yang stabil, materi yang berkualitas, dan layanan dukungan yang responsif.
