Peran Perawat dalam Shared Decision Making untuk Pasien Penyakit Kronis: Suatu Tinjauan Sistematis 2015–2025

Globalisasi telah meningkatkan jumlah penderita penyakit kronis, menuntut transformasi layanan kesehatan, terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis yang berpusat pada pasien. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang paling dekat dalam perawatan pasien memegang peran krusial dalam Shared Decision Making (SDM). Studi ini meninjau peran perawat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan klinis pasien penyakit kronis melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis. Literatur dikumpulkan dari database ScienceDirect, PubMed, dan Semantic Scholar dengan kriteria inklusi artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, jenis original research atau review, fokus pada peran perawat dalam SDM, dan diterbitkan pada tahun 2015–2025. Sebanyak lima artikel terpilih dianalisis secara tematik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peran perawat dalam memberikan informasi klinis, komunikasi yang adaptif, dan dukungan emosional terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman dan kualitas hidup pasien. Tantangan yang dihadapi perawat meliputi keterbatasan waktu, beban kerja tinggi, dan kurangnya pelatihan komunikasi klinis. Perawat berperan sebagai fasilitator keputusan, pendamping emosional, dan penghubung informasi antara pasien dan tim medis. Studi ini menyoroti kebutuhan pelatihan terstruktur dan kebijakan pendukung untuk memperkuat kontribusi perawat dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis pasien kronis, mengingat masih terbatasnya literatur yang membahas aspek ini secara spesifik.
