Literature Review Penelitian RCT dan Clinical Trials : Gambaran Health Coaching terhadap Gangguan Kesehatan

Pendekatan edukasi konvensional dinilai kurang efektif dalam mengubah perilaku pasien dengan penyakit kronis, sehingga diperlukan intervensi yang lebih interaktif dan berkelanjutan seperti health coaching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran intervensi health coaching terhadap berbagai gangguan kesehatan. Studi dilakukan dengan metode literature review melalui pencarian artikel di database PubMed. Artikel yang diseleksi adalah penelitian dalam 10 tahun terakhir mengenai health coaching oleh tenaga kesehatan terhadap pasien dengan gangguan kesehatan tertentu. Dari 30 artikel yang dianalisis, health coaching menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan efikasi diri, kualitas hidup, dan kepatuhan pasien dalam mengelola penyakit kronis. Efektivitas dipengaruhi oleh metode, jenis penyakit, dan latar belakang tenaga kesehatan. Health coaching merupakan intervensi yang efektif dan aplikatif pada berbagai kondisi kesehatan, dan dapat diadopsi sebagai strategi pendukung dalam manajemen penyakit kronis secara berkelanjutan.
